Delicious Dutch Oven Brunch

Dutch 3One of the favorite activities at Alumapalooza is the Dutch Oven Cooking workshop led by accomplished camp cook Matt Hackney.

At Alumapalooza 6 (May 26—31, 2015…have you registered yet?) you’ll cook side by side with Matt Saturday morning at the hot coals as he demonstrates two delicious original recipes: German Berry Pancake Done Dutch, and Mountain Man Breakfast Casserole.

When your Dutch oven dish is ready, plan to share it with hungry Alumapalooza attendees at the after-class brunch.

Cast Iron cookware manufacturer Lodge will sponsor the workshop and brunch; participants will make use of giveaways during the cooking session and Lodge Logic Dutch Ovens will be among the coveted door prizes open to all!Dutch 1
