Two new books of interest to Airstream owners have come out this year, and both authors will be present at Alumapalooza to sign copies of their books!

"Travels With Max" by Greg Zeigler

“Airstreams: Custom Interiors” is a beautifully illustrated book that details the breakdown and buildup of five trailers, including 1948 Wee Wind, a 1950 Flying Cloud, and the all-new design of the 75th Anniversary Bambi.  Artist/craftsperson/author David Winick will be selling copies in the vendor tent at Alumapalooza, and will be happy to talk to you about Airstream restoration.

“Travels With Max” by Greg Zeigler is about a voyage to re-create John Steinbeck’s classic “Travels With Charley.”  Zeigler traveled the USA, following Steinbeck’s route, in a 2004 Airstream Bambi and his intrepid Maltese dog.  The voyage ended up taking 68 days, and covered 15,000 miles.  Meet author Greg Zeigler at Alumapalooza this summer.
